With 10 years of experience building software and systems, Kingston founded GritMesh to close the gap between what AI can demo and what a business can actually run every day. Kingston 擁有 10 年軟體與系統開發經驗。他創立 GritMesh，是為了縮短「AI 能展示的」與「企業每天真正能用的」之間的距離。
He works hands-on across agent architecture, on-chain systems and enterprise integration — the three layers most projects split between different vendors. Bringing them into one team means an agent can read the chain, act inside your existing workflows and stay accountable for every step it takes. 他親自參與 Agent 架構、鏈上系統與企業系統整合——這三層在多數專案裡往往分給不同外包商。把它們放進同一支團隊，Agent 才能讀取鏈上數據、在既有流程中執行任務，並為每一步負責。
